About Tom and Diane

Now an ordained minister, Tom has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. During his four year engineering career at the Illinois Department of Transportation about half of his office co-workers established a relationship with Christ. During those years he also served as the director of a Christian coffeehouse through which about 500 young adults and teenagers met Jesus.

After his engineering years he served as a pastor and associate pastor for nine years. Since leaving the pastorate, Tom has established and led People Reaching People Ministries. He has traveled over a million miles and spoken over 5,000 times in the United States and other countries teaching Christians how to more effectively share their faith.

Diane has a degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois. She has worked in public relations for an investment company, as a Spanish and art teacher at a Christian school and as a librarian at the University of Illinois.

Diane and Tom and their two daughters have helped influence more than 30 of their neighbors to a relationship with Christ.
